HP's Drug Policies

Hewlett-Packard (HP) does not have a company-wide standard drug testing policy that applied to all employees. Many companies, including HP, typically conduct drug testing as part of their pre-employment screening process, and they may also have policies in place for employees in safety-sensitive positions or in cases where there is a reasonable suspicion of drug use that could affect job performance or workplace safety.
