Dow's Drug Policies

Dow Chemical is committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment, which is why they have implemented this policy. Under this policy, prospective employees may be required to undergo pre-employment drug testing as part of the hiring process. Additionally, employees in safety-sensitive positions or those involved in roles where drug impairment could pose a risk to safety may be subject to random drug testing. Furthermore, if there is a reasonable suspicion of drug use or involvement in a workplace incident, employees may also be asked to undergo drug testing.
